Maldivar has operated in the small town of Elva in South Estonia since 2006.  Our small factory produces genuinely authentic Estonian jams, juice concentrates and sauces for bakers, pastry makers, professional chefs and home cooks.

Our company’s main assortment includes jams and juice concentrates. We uphold our valued and traditional recipes, use the best technology, select ingredients carefully and put our heart into what we do. This is how we can offer you the best. Many have said that our jams are just like grandma’s – they are so homey and delicious.

We mainly produce for the Horeca sector. Our clients are companies in the baking, pastry and meat processing industries, as well as kindergartens, schools, nursing homes, many restaurants and cafés and, of course, home cooks.

In order to constantly develop, our goal is to add new products to our product range and to expand our assortment. Our pricing policy is flexible, and an individual approach to each client is very important to us.
